Statuary group of Mars and Venus
Excavated in 1918 in the Aula del Gruppo di Marte e Venere.
H. 2.28. Found in numerous pieces.
The group represents either Marcus Aurelius and his wife Faustina, or Commodus and his spouse Crispina, in the guise of Mars and Venus.
