Found in Ostia. Formerly in the Villa Pacca, Rome. Bought in 1887 from the Roman art dealer Giacomini.
W. 0.50, h. 0.36.
Above a garland hanging down from two heads is the inscription:
D(is) M(anibus)
CVRTILI NERVAE
MARCIA CHRYSIS
CONIVGI KARISSIMOTo the gods of the underworld.
