This is a partially excavated, Hadrianic building to the south of the west end of the Porticus and House of the Lamp Fountain (IV,VII,1). The facade is of opus mixtum, an unusual feature, also found in the neighbouring building. Shops and a staircase flank an entrance corridor. The second shop from the west was a bar, with a bar counter with water basin in the north corner.
