EUTROPIUS

Eutropius lived in the second half of the fourth century AD. He served in Julian's expedition against the Persians in 363 AD and later held an official post under Valens. He wrote a summary of Roman history, from the foundation to 364 AD.

Breviarium ab Urbe condita I, 5
Ancus Marcius ... apud ostium Tiberis civitatem supra mare sexto decimo miliario ab urbe Roma condidit. Ancus Marcius ... founded a city at the sea, at the mouth of the Tiber, at sixteen miles from the city of Rome.
