G0313 - EROTIC TEXT OR A REPRIMAND TO THE COLONY
- A very large graffito, next to one of the paintings of charioteers in the ambulatory. Above what might be a drawing of a phallus. In 2015 we read:

Interpretation: an erotic graffito about cunnilingus it seems. Solin points out that a personal name Colonia was not in use. He reads Colonio (a newly documented name derived from Colonus), not Colonia. However, the right stroke of the last letter is diagonal and straight. The letter differs clearly from the O in the last line. We can read a reprimand to the colonia Ostia for servile behaviour towards anyone due to a character fault ("a vitio suo").
