This building is to the north of the Baths of Buticosus and behind the same porticus as the baths, along Via degli Horrea Epagathiana. The area to the north has not been excavated. Behind the porticus are shops and a staircase. They were built during the reign of Trajan (opus mixtum, c. 112-115 AD). The rooms to the west are Hadrianic. |

Store rooms and offices of the Parco Archeologico were built on the spot where all ancient ruins were destroyed by incursions of the meandering Tiber.
