This shrine, dedicated to an unknown deity, is on the east side of the Field of the Magna Mater (nr. 8 on the plan). It has an ante-room with brick pilasters and a geometric black-and-white mosaic, and a cella of opus reticulatum and latericium. It may have been built in the Severan period.
