In the early 1960's a very small part of a villa was excavated near Presinge at the locality Cara, 55 meters from the French-Swiss border. The site is important because of a geometric black-and-white mosaic, measuring 1.63 x 1.64 m. Fragments of paintings and stucco reliefs were found as well.
