In 1834 a villa was investigated in Schleinikon, some twenty kilometers to the north-west of Zürich. Seven marble columns and parts of architraves from a porticus were found. Two of the columns can be seen today in the Römerstrasse in Baden AG. They were brought there in the 1980's on the initiative of the archaeologist Martin Hartmann, who lived in that part of Baden.
