Regio I - Insula XV - Area Sacra dei Templi Repubblicani
(Sacred Area of the Republican Temples)
Block I,XV is also known as the Sacred Area of the Republican Temples. It is a roughly triangular area, dominated by a Temple of Hercules at the west end. The area was excavated in 1938.
