In Koblenz the remains of a villa were found at the locality Ischlag, 1.5 km. to the south-east of the town. They were investigated on two occasions: around 1830 by Josef Schaufelbühl, and in 1914 by Josef Villinger. No publication followed. The notes were published by Katrin Roth-Rubi and Alfred Hidber in 1996. The building contained a few bathing rooms, two with a raised floor for heating, one of which had an apse. The floors were decorated with mosaics.
